Jennifer Silvey, CABM
Chief Operations Officer
Jennifer uses her strong financial management background to allow the architects to design while she manages business activities. She works closely with the client and project architect to manage every aspect of the building equation including, budgets, schedules, contracts and every conceivable programming need.
Internally, along with Jen’s duties as Place’s financial manager, she directs the staff, provides project support, strategy and management, and takes a lead role in managing the company’s marketing program.
Since Jennifer earned her summa cum laude business management degree at Washtenaw College, she has worked as a management consultant, company controller, and general manager for medium to large companies. Jennifer donates her considerable skills to various community projects including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Good Cheer, and the Girl Scouts of America.
