During the pre-design phase, we’ll define our task by seeking out information to build a picture of possibilities to choose from. This pile of information will contain the data we need to determine design elements, project calendars, and budget.
Together we’ll funnel down all of the data making sure that every step stays in line with your wants and desires. This sharing process, or cultural approach to problem definition and solving, ensures less changes during the construction process adherence to budget, end product functionality, and personal architecture that reflects your direction and decisions. Although we will be running your project, you’ll never have to relinquish control.
Next, we’ll create the “big ideas” in a workshop format. Then, we’ll test our concepts to make sure that aesthetic desires completely mesh with technical needs and constraints. By the time we’re ready to turn sketches into schematics we’ll know each other so well that you’ll have no doubts about getting exactly what you want.
